New England Pet Partners is a heart-centered, registered non-profit 501(c)(3) organization
in the State of New Hampshire - #17597. Operating, education, events and volunteer
training expenses are covered by private funding, corporate and individual donations
and grants.
We provide opportunities for potential teams to receive mentoring and education to
become well-trained, registered pet-assisted therapy teams.
We know that pets can enhance healing. We believe that when appropriate and safe,
no-one should be left without the touch and comforting feeling a pet can offer. Pet-Assisted
Therapy is therapeutic and motivating. It is becoming recognized world-wide as a
adjunct to therapeutic treatment planning and intervention in similar milieus: physical,
occupational, sand, dance, play and counseling therapy.
