We believe in inspiring people to help
themselves through self awareness and learning new life
skills — sometimes through difficult transitions. Compassion for
one’s self, creativity and embracing a careful sense of humor promotes
an empowering resiliency. We encourage people to take small, meaningful
steps toward change. Listening, observing, laughing and
simply breathing
can enhance one’s quality of life and health. We can learn from
our dogs who live, play, work and love in the present moment.
